I woke up early this morning because I felt so heavy in my heart that I can hardly breathe. I thought I had asthma but the feeling was different. It feels like I was being hurt so badly. I figured out why I was feeling that way, and then I remembered I was having a bad dream. Trying to remember what my dream was, I just sit back, relax and prayed. Then I remembered every detail of my dream, so here it goes.

I was cooking fried chicken because we had visitors in the house. When I placed all the chicken in the pan, I was surprised that all the chicken meat was burned. The color did turned black and is not anymore palatable. I was shocked, and then my aunt came, (I wonder what she was doing in our house, we were not close though, but I guess anything can happen in a dream… LOL!) she criticized my cooking and much more she humiliated me in front of the visitors. She told me that I don’t know how to cook even with a simple fried chicken and I made it a waste. The visitors laughed at me and I was so ashamed and I cried in front of them. My heart was so heavy .…

I was wondering, why I can’t cook a simple friend chicken in my dream. LOL!
Thank God, I’m feeling better now.. It’s just a dream!

Every last Sunday of the month, we always have this monthly activity in our church called “Fellowship Sunday”. It’s a Sunday where we do away with the normal Sunday worship service format and this time we provided more activities for our church members to bond and fellowship with one another.

During fellowship Sundays, we always have group sharing and fun group activities. It’s a great opportunity for all the church members to get to know each other as well helping them grow spiritually. Added to that, we also enjoy the eating fellowship… foods always makes everyone more comfortable to share their story.

Today, we will be having our fellowship Sunday and I’m hoping that it will be a wonderful Sunday to build relationships with our church members.

Who can resist an ice cream especially that it is summer season here in the Philippines. Since the weather is very hot, a lot of families are desiring to eat ice cream especially in the afternoon or at night before going to sleep. I love summer season becuase there are a lot of ice cream promotions and discounts. You can now eat an ice cream with your family for as low as 99 pesos only. Isn’t that wonderful?

Anyway, my hubby bought this ice cream yesterday. It looks yummy isn’t it? Yes! it was indeed yummy and very cold. My hubby’s siblings came to the house and we enjoyed eating this ice cream. We had a nice chat and the ice cream part was truly a great help to ease the very hot weather.
