In Love With Marie

My hubby is getting crazy with Marie. Should I be angry about it? I guess not. Because, Marie is not a person instead it’s the name of the biscuit that he liked after my cousins gave him one. This biscuit is indeed very delicious. It’s even my favorite beginning when I was still a little girl and until today. I remember this was also my Lola’s favorite biscuit.

Every Sunday, my cousins brought with them this biscuit and they gave some to our church members. After they have tried this biscuit, everyone in the church we’re all in love with Marie biscuit. LOL!

Common Asthma Food Triggers

When I was hospitalized due to asthma, my doctor advised to do away with foods that would trigger asthma. She told me to avoid all kinds of yellow foods, like mango, banana, squash and etc. She even added that I should avoid eating citrus or oranges because the pulp can trigger asthma. She told me that if I want to get Vitamin C from those fruits, it’s better for me to take a Vitamin C tablet. I also have to refrain from eating chicken and shrimps, but thank God she did not mentioned about Lechon. So from now, I am avoiding all of these kinds of food but I just can’t refuse to eat banana.

When the Budget is Tight

When hubby reminds me that it’s time to tighten our belts, I then refrain from buying the things that isn’t so important. Eating outside is one of the factor that can sometimes take us out of budget. So in this case, we choose to eat at home. Even though it’s tiring to prepare food but it also allows us to save some money. Not only that, we can also eat what kind of food we want and we are very sure that it’s clean and healthy.  So,I guess it isn’t bad at all when your budget is really tight. In fact there are also advantages from it. Right?
