We often hear that Fish has healthy benefits but often times it isn’t what we usually write on our shopping list. Fish is considered to be the miracle food or menace. More doctors and researched loves fish because first of all it combats top health threat. If you eat a modest amount of fish, you dramatically decrease your risk of dying from a heart attack, says Dr. Dariush Mozaffarian, of the Harvard School of Public Health.

Fish oil,nature’s richest source of omega-3 fatty acids, are used for cardiac protection. It steadies your heart rhythm, lower artery-clogging triglycerides, appears to cool chronic inflammation in the arteries, and produces a modest drop in blood pressure.

But it’s not just your heart that benefits with fish. Your brain does too. Fish lovers suffer fewer strokers, cutting their risk by 40%.

This is a yummy cassava cake made by one of the parent of our student. One thing that makes this cassava cake unique is the pineapple that was added to it. I like this because it’s creamy and not so sweet compared to other cassava cakes in the market. The cost of each slice is only five pesos. Very affordable and yummy!
