My Friend's Wedding
I’ve mentioned yesterday that I will be attending a friend’s wedding. We’ll, this photo talks about it. The wedding was nice. All the people who witnessed the wedding were so happy to see the couple joined together in God’s name. It is my prayer that God will bless their marriage today and in the coming years to come!
Yummy Sunday 18: Wedding Cake
I’ll be attending a friend’s wedding tomorrow. I will act as the event coordinator for the wedding. Actually, it’s not what you think it is, but I will just facilitate the flow of the wedding program. The whole concept of the wedding was planned and prepared by the bride herself. I’m excited about it and I hope everything will turn out as planned.
Talking about weddings, my Yummy Sunday entry for this week is my wedding cake. I talked about this before but thought of reposting it again… (for yummy Sunday).
By the way, our featured Yummy Sunday participant for this week is Laureen of “Words from My Heart“.
Check out her Yummy Sunday post today and don’t forget to leave a comment.
Pineapple Jam Recipe
I’m got this recipe from my culinary arts class. Pineapple Jam is best eaten with bread. If you want to try how to make one, here’s the recipe.
Indredients:
1 cup pineapple (chopped finely)
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Procedure:
1.Prepare pineapple. Peal and remove core.
2. Chop finely and measure. Put it into the pan.
3. Add lemon juice and sugar.
4. Place pan on low heat. Continue stirring and cook until consistency is attained.
5. Pour into sterilized jar while it is still hot. Let it cool for a few minutes and seal tightly.
Tips:
- this procedure can also be used in making Mango Jam or Papaya Jam.
- Use porcelain pan and wooden laddle for better result.
