Yummy Sunday 44: Shanghai Rolls
This is a Shanghai Rolls we ordered from Dynasty Court Hotel. Their “Lumpia” is indeed very yummy, you got to try it whenever you happen to visit here in Cagayan de Oro City.

It’s My Mom’s Birthday!
Today is my mom’s 57th birthday. I am thankful to God for giving me a mom like her. I’m planning to treat her for a special dinner tonight. I hope she will be available.

One More Night…
I am excited about our first day of school tomorrow. Although I don’t have strength anymore because of our last minute classroom decorations, but I am still excited to see all my cute students tomorrow.
My class tomorrow will start at 7:30 AM… I hope I can wake up early as I am not anymore used to getting up early in the morning.
