I will be turning 32 this year and looking at my photos I can really tell that there are already a lot of changes in my face as well as my body. It is obviously the sign of aging.

Modesty aside some people think I am younger that my age. But others think the other way around. LOL! I am not so conscious about how people look at me but I need to take care of my body for a greater purpose (I just leave it a secret). I am now trying to eat healthy foods and take some supplements to improve my body’s immune system. I still haven’t tried ghr1000 which I’ve read to be a good anti-aging, but I might as well read ghr1000 reviews to find out if it’s effective. For now, I will have to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle to prevent early aging.

I don’t put anything on my face except to wash it before I sleep. But when I got a chance to read about the benefits of using night creams, I am now making it sure that I put on night creams before going to sleep. While I was on my way to school, I saw our beautiful neighbor on their garage. She is with a lady who is teaching her how to walk like a model. At the back of my mind, I guess she’s joining a beauty contest here in our city next month for our city fiesta. I looked at her and I find her truly capable to join the beauty contest. She’s so sexy, as if she’s been taking apidexin to keep her body in shape. Added to that, she’s also tall and pretty. I can’t wait to see her on the said beauty contest. I’m sure she will win!
