This verse is a great reminder from all of us today:

And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone.

1 Thessalonians 5:14/NIV

This verse encourages me to be my “brother’s keeper”. Even if they are a burden, it is still my responsibility to warn, encourage and help them. Most of all, I need to be patient to them at all times.

I thank God for giving me the STRENGTH to do all things that needs to be done in school. I am not used to waking up early in the morning, teaching two classes a day, and doing paper works. But with God’s strength, I am able to do all of these with joy in my heart. Thank you Lord!

” I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength” – Philippians 4:13

We live in a day where we have experienced trouble or pain. We live in a day where troubles, pains, problems seem to follow us all the days of our lives. We are often caught in a situation where there are tremendous stress on the family.

God is telling us right now… “Call upon Me in the day of trouble and I will rescue you…” – Psalm 50:15

The only thing that we need to do is to Call… and nothing more. It’s a good thing to know that we have a God whom we can count on on moments that we can’t understand what is going on with our lives. It’s good to know that we have a God who will rescue us in the day of trouble.
