Asthma Prevention

Two months ago, I was hospitalized because of asthma. The doctor gave me a lot of medicines and until now I am still on maintenance. Aside from taking a lot of medicines, I always make sure that nothing triggers my asthma.  According to experts, asthma symptoms can be substantially reduced by avoiding known allergens and respiratory irritants. In my own experience, the most common allergens that trigger my asthma are dust mites. According to studies, the exposure to certain dust mites can be reduced by encasing mattresses and pillows in allergen-impermeable covers, removing carpets from bedrooms, vacuuming regularly and by using a dehumidifier.

So far I am not using carpets because I know its not good for my body. When it comes to bed covers and bed linens I change it frequently. I am excited to try using a vacuum and a dehumidifier especially for my room and check on its effect on my health.

Health Drink

My mother in law bought a natural health drink that is said to cure a lot of certain diseases in the body. The name of the health drink is First Vitaplus Natural Health Drink. I googled this drink and I find out that many people have claimed to be healed from their sickness through drinking this type of drink. Some people drink this as a detox agent that will act as colon cleanse. Some people also use this as slimming drink that is to be taken 30 minutes before eating.

I have been drinking this health drink for a month now but I still can’t tell whether it gives improvement on my health. Anyway, I will just have to continue to drink this and hoping it can help improve my health.

Belly Fat Issues

When I have the opportunity to talk with my girl friends, we couldn’t fail to mention about our belly fats. We all blame it to drinking a lot of sodas and our lack of exercise. One of my friend is already complaining about her belly fats because most people would thought she’s pregnant. Although I don’t have that bulging tummy but there are times that my belly fats are too obvious especially when I wear body hugging clothes. If the bulge will get bigger and bigger, I guess I will have to try lower ab workout to help reduce my belly fats. My high school friends are into belly dancing and some of them are also into Hip-Hop Abs. Which one will I have to try first? Maybe hip-hop abs first because I have tried this one two months ago.
