One of the TV shows I love watching at night is “The Biggest Loser” Pinoy Edition. This is a franchise show to “The Biggest Loser” that became popular in the United States. Filipinos who are 18-40 years old, in good health and has a weight of more than 250 pounds are qualified to join the reality show. I like the show because it’s very informative as well inspiring. All of the contestants worked so hard spending time in the gym and controlling their food intake. Seeing every contestant lose weight in just a short span of time is so inspiring. Viewers who are taking diet pills would surely believe that indeed it is possible to lose weight.

Can’t Stop Eating

My brother was advised by his doctor to lose some weight because he needs to prepare for his operation. The doctor told him to go on a strict diet and to limit his food intake. When the doctor was telling these things to him, he was smiling because it’s going to be a very big problem for him. My brother is very fat and it seems that his appetite for food is so good. Until now, he hasn’t lost some weight because he still loves to eat and can’t go on a strict diet. I think he needs to take phentramine to help him suppress his appetite to help loose weight in preparation for his operation.

Are you currently searching for diets that work? I have heard of lot of different diets that are effective to some and are not effective to others. In my own opinion, I think a diet is only effective when you are disciplined enough to follow what is required for you to eat and not to eat. Weight loss is only effective if you are determined to have a healthy diet.

Beauty Contest

While I was on my way to school, I saw our beautiful neighbor on their garage. She is with a lady who is teaching her how to walk like a model. At the back of my mind, I guess she’s joining a beauty contest here in our city next month for our city fiesta. I looked at her and I find her truly capable to join the beauty contest. She’s so sexy, as if she’s been taking apidexin to keep her body in shape. Added to that, she’s also tall and pretty. I can’t wait to see her on the said beauty contest. I’m sure she will win!

Goodbye Messy Hair!

My hair is not anymore in good condition. Everyday, I just tie it around because it really looks so messy. Yesterday, we had a meeting at school with the parents and I was trying to make myself presentable. Sad to say, my hair was not cooperating. Still this morning I don’t like to look at myself in the mirror because my hair is so unmanageable. That is why this afternoon, I decided to go to the parlor and have my hair fixed. I asked the beautician to cut my hair short and so he did. I now have short hair and my face looks a bit pleasant. The new hairstyle gave me a sexy look as if I have taken a nuphedragen. So today, I am saying goodbye to my long messy hair!
