It has been everyone’s knowledge that eating fish brings good benefits to our body. However, I find it very hard to eat fish every day. I can eat it for about a week but making it my main dish in my lifetime can be hard. However, I think I need to choose to include fish in my diet because I am already in my 30’s.

The best fish that you can eat daily is Salmon. It is said to have omega-3 fatty acids which are essential to improve heart health. Omega-3 fatty acids can also protect you from degenerative diseases and reduce psychological disorders like depression and the like.

Salmon is a great source of protein and low in fat. It is rich in niacin, magnesium, Vitamin B12, B6 and phosphorus.
