My friends and I have been complaining about our body structure. We were so slim when we were still in high school but now that we are in our 30’s, bulges in our tummies were already evident.

Some of us are trying our best to keep our bodies fit and sexy. During our get together last month, we have decided to eat less. We should only be taking one cup of rice every meal and avoid eating foods with too many carbohydrates.

I don’t know if how far they have come with our agreement. I do hope some of my friends are improving now. One of my friend who is getting married soon, is indeed very serious with her endeavor on eating less. Her motivation is to wear a garter belt on her honeymoon. She’s now looking forward for her big day.

As for me, I still have to discipline myself so I can eat less… LOL!
