Healthy and Fit for 2013

For this time of the year, one of the goals of every women is to take away all of the bulge and fats that have developed during the holiday season. It is one of my goals too, but honestly speaking I haven’t started to do something about it yet. But the most important thing that I should focused on is not about weight loss but on becoming healthy.

I wanted to be healthy and fit this year 2013. I have committed to exercise at least 15-30 minutes a day. I also have committed myself to drink women’s vitamins and be more consistent about my daily medications and food intake. I also need to make sure that I get enough amount of rest and sleep. These are all very easy to write but it takes a lot of hard work and discipline for me to do it.

I hope I will be able to discipline my body so I can achieve my goal. I need to be healthy so that I can be more productive in my work, my family and most of all I can give more time and service to my Creator. Moreover, becoming healthy is one of the keys of living a happy and enjoyable life.
