I was surprised today because I found out that I actually gained 5 pounds. My mother-in law also informed me that our neighbor noticed that I gained weight. I felt a bit sad because that neighbor seldom sees me but she actually noticed a change in my body. For the past few months, I was into cooking new kinds of dishes and this is probably the reason why I gained a lot.
I am not that fat as you might think, but I wanted to do something to improve my weight. While reading my cousin’s fitness blog, I saw her post on Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I am not sure if she has finished the 30 day shred challenge because she told me it was a bit tiring. While watching a video on YouTube, I was a bit interested because it seems like performing a gym exercise right in your home. I guess I will have to have a complete copy of the video and some adjustable dumbell weights in order to perform the needed exercise.
Thinking about this weight loss endeavor excites me, but at the same time I feel like I need more discipline and motivation to really go on with it. I am only good at the start and hoping I will last till the end.
