We have a lot of documents in school. Student’s information and profile, teaching modules, lesson plans and curriculum. I wanted to organize these files in such a way that when I am not anymore working in this school, the other workers can still access these documents easily. How I wish we have a document management system that will help us organize our school documents. In this way, it would be very easy for us to locate files and secure confidential student’s documents.
For now, I will just have to stick with the usual filing and documenting.
