1 cup pineapple (chopped finely

¾ cup sugar

1 tsp. Calamansi Juice


  1. Prepare Pineapple. Remove eyes and core.
  2. Measure finely, chop pineapple and put into pan.
  3. Add Calamansi and Sugar.
  4. Place pan on low fire; continue stirring until Jam consistency is attained.
  5. Pour into sterilized jar. Let it cool and seal tightly.


For better result, use porcelain pan and wooden laddle.
