If ever you plan to visit SM Aura, one of the best restaurants in town is the Tamarind Thai, a Thai restaurant. One of the dish that I like is their Chicken in Pandan Leaves. It tastes really good. Although I would have wanted to be less oily but I guess that’s the way they cook it. Anyway, I enjoyed the chicken and the pandan leaves added flavor and it keeps all the juices of the chicken inside. The sweet chili sauce perfectly compliments the entire taste of the chicken.
