I once read a food magazine that features simple yet yummy Filipino dishes. One of the foods I saw was “pritong isda” or fried fish and vegetable salad. The photos on that magazine made me hungry so I made my own version of it. There’s supposed to be an “itlog maalat” or salted egg for the vegetable salad but I don’t have one but despite the missing ingredient, ┬áit is still very delicious.
