When I was in high school, one of my problems was how to get rid of whiteheads and pimples. The whiteheads are so itchy that sometimes I pricked it and let it come out.
My mother told me not to touch my face more often so it won’t trigger the development of pimples. She also told me that I should wash my face as soon as it gets oily and use only a mild soap. I find my mother’s advice quiet effective.
