Drinking Green Tea

I often watch health related shows on TV and one of the drinks they recommend is the green tea. I am not much of a tea drinker but when I found out that it has numerous benefits for our body, I am now having second thoughts and would definitely consider drinking green tea.

According to studies, green tea helps in the reduction of heart diseases, reduction of bad cholesterol, prevention of the death brain cells and lowers the risk of cancers. Recently, there is a research in the US called “The Green Tea Study” and the result tells that green tea can be a good colon cleanser for the body. Those women who regularly drink green tea were less likely to develop colon cancer.

Drinking green tea can truly bring great benefits for our body. Well, starting today I’m going to buy green tea and make it my daily habit to drink a cup of it everyday.
