The house contractor wanted the owner to have its own specification especially the flooring and the other house details. Since they are living abroad, it is very hard to communicate to the engineer so they only send emails and photos to ensure the exact flooring specification for their house.
For the basement flooring they wanted a beige ceramic tile to give it an elegant look. For the bedrooms they also opted for a white ceramic tile to give it a clean look. Sizes of the ceramic tiles to be used were also given.
After a month, they visited their newly built house and they were very happy on how the flooring was done.
