Here in the Philippines, whenever there’s a celebration the Lechon will never be absent on every tables. Lechon is a roasted pig and considered to be as the Philippine’s national food. Any celebration can be considered extravagant if there’s a Lechon served in the table.
One of the most delicious Lechon is found in Cebu and also from Cagayan de Oro. Whenever my husband’s relatives visits us, they would order a lechon as their “pasalubong” to their family in Manila.
The photo looks a bit scary but when you tried it, you can surely tell that it’s Yummy!
