Last October 16, 2009 was my hubby’s birthday. We had a simple dinner with the family here at home and this is one of the foods that is served during the event. We always have “pancit”(fried noodles) on birthdays because according to some beliefs it symbolizes long life. LOL! Maybe because the noodles are long. Anyway, I know that the Lord will grant my husband long and satisfied life.
