Starting from childhood, our parents forced us to eat vegetables even if we don’t like its taste. We have been told that we don’t easily get sick if we eat vegetables. Is that true?

I never appreciate vegetables when I was young, but thanks to a friend who introduced different kinds of vegetable dishes and I began to love it. Vegetables are also full of anti-oxidants which helps the body boost its immunity. At the same time it helps look younger as it helps slows down the aging process and eliminates the free radicals in our body. Moreover, eating vegetables has been found out to help prevent cancer.
