One of the popular foods during summer here in the Philippines is “Halo-Halo” from a Filipino word meaning “mix”. This is one of my snacks when I had a meeting at MOm’s Corner last Thursday. The first one I ate was the “Ube” ice cream on top. It was delicious and was perfect for the very hot summer season.

OMGsh I surely miss that Halo-halo so much! It has been so long since I tasted one of those, probably over 8 years ago the last time I had one. I wish I can eat one right now!!!!!
