While reading an article about keeping your heart healthy, oatmeal is one of the foods that is mentioned. Eating oatmeal every day especially during breakfast is a healthy habit because oatmeal is full of omega 3 fatty acids, folate and potassium. It can also lower levels of bad cholesterol and help keep our arteries clear.

I guess I will get back to my habit of eating oatmeal in the morning.
