admin I was one of the bloggers who witnessed as Dessert Strip turns one year last November 28, 2012. Dessert Strip is a 100% home-made pastry shop in Cagayan de Oro which is located at the Level 2 of Robinsons Mall and 3rd flooor of Centrio Mall. It is owned and managed by Ms. Maribel Andaya-Pineda and partnered by the multi-awarded celebrity and pastry chef Mr. Hasset Go.
The first year anniversary celebration was a blast because there were lots of food, games and food demos from the chefs. What’s more exciting was the raffle draw of their Christmas cakes. While the host was calling on names, I was praying to God to let me win so I can give the cake to my cousin who’s celebrating his birthday that day. True enough, my prayer was granted. I won the red velvet Christmas cake.
I went home with a smile on my face and gladly gave the cake to my cousin. He was very happy with the cake and he said he liked it so much because the sweetness is just right. Thank you so much Dessert Strip for the cake. You made my cousin very happy on his birthday.
