Because of too many eggs in the house, we decided to cook Leche Flan, one of my favorite desserts.
Leche flan is known in other parts of the world as Cream caramel or caramel flan. I don’t know how it is being prepared in other countries, but here in the Philippines, this famous dessert is made with condensed milk and lots of egg yolk and it is usually steamed over an open flame.
