Spicy Pork Hamonada?

I was so excited to try cooking Pork Hamonada. I have read the recipe over and over again and planned on the things that I needed to do. I followed every instruction on the recipe to make sure that I did the right thing. I cooked the Hamonada for almost 3 hours, because I don’t know how to use the pressure cooker.  After it was done, I was so happy to see the finish product of my cooking. It looks so yummy! I I tasted it and it was so yummy, but there’s a problem… It was SPICY!!! Oh no! What have I done? I tried to check on the recipe again to see where I went wrong. Oh my! I did a mistake on the pepper. Instead of Black Pepper corns, I used ground black pepper. Despite the mistake, it’s still taste good and my family loved it. Just that, you can never expect a Hamonada to be spicy. Anyway, it was my first time to cook that kind of dish and I guess I will have to be extra careful next time.
