This is a Tempura I cooked with my classmates during the time when I enrolled myself for a cooking class. We were so delighted to see our Tempura perfectly cooked and our teacher appreciated our work. This food is best served hot paired with a chili sauce or mayonnaise.

Ay, yan yung tempura na una kong natikman sa Dumaguete dati… ang sarap niyan, pero walang mabilhan dito sa Manila.
