1 cup pineapple (chopped finely
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. Calamansi Juice
- Prepare Pineapple. Remove eyes and core.
- Measure finely, chop pineapple and put into pan.
- Add Calamansi and Sugar.
- Place pan on low fire; continue stirring until Jam consistency is attained.
- Pour into sterilized jar. Let it cool and seal tightly.
For better result, use porcelain pan and wooden laddle.
